Welcome to the August News Letter and agenda
August: AGM.
SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKERS FOR AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER
Shaun Rigney: Hydrogen on Demand Technology
Shaun Rigney has combined passion for cars, engines and clean air. He has worked in engine development and fuel systems for over 30 years starting out in a racing team, JV Motor Sport.
Shaun successfully started, built, owned and operated his own business for 25 years with 11 employees which was sold to fund a serious of fuel injector inventions. He successfully patented those inventions in 14 Australian and International patents in three patent families incorporating world first principles and improvements to fuel injection systems. He has had his inventions promoted and distributed by Repco around Australia.
His business and success as an inventor inspired a focus to produce a product that goes to the heart of all motorists and anyone using a combustion engine; the cost of fuel with an environmental benefit. Shaun’s presentation will focus on the challenges of being an inventor and in particular he will share his passion for and creation of his Hydrogen on Demand technology.
Karm Gilespie – Investing in New Technologies
Karm Gilespie is a Global Entrepreneur. Karm is a director of Ample Wealth Investment Solutions, a Hong Kong Based Company who partner with members worldwide to “hunt in Packs” for great wealth Creation opportunities. He is the Australasian presenter of The Ample Wealth Financial Diamond Course which encourages people to connect the concepts of wealth creation and living a purposeful life. As the head of Ample Wealth in Australia he is responsible for discovering investment opportunities, and then finding ways to package those opportunities in ways that support the creation of new technologies and also that protect Investor Capital. A “creator” at heart, Karm is a champion of creative thinking and is focused on empowering individuals to be the greatest they can be. This is done largely through understanding that Team Building is the only way to change the world. With “green energy” emerging as a major investor bubble there are opportunities for everyone to be part of this world wide movement. What do investors look for in new technology? Karm will share insights into the investing process and the business of creating global networks and changing the world in which we live.
Karm will introduce Shaun Rigney at our next meeting and then run a full presentation at the following meeting.
There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion.

______________________AGENDA______________________
Welcome to the July News Letter and agenda
August: AGM. All nominations welcome
Guest Speaker: Nicholas Mann – The Zeitgeist Movement
The Zeitgeist Movement is not a political movement. It does not recognize nations, governments, races, religions, creeds or class. Our understandings conclude that these are false, outdated distinctions which are far from positive factors for true collective human growth and potential. Their basis is in power division and stratification, not unity and equality, which is our goal. While it is important to understand that everything in life is a natural progression, we must also acknowledge the reality that the human species has the ability to drastically slow and paralyze progress, through social structures which are out of date, dogmatic, and hence out of line with nature itself. The world you see today, full of war, corruption, elitism, pollution, poverty, epidemic disease, human rights abuses, inequality and crime is the result of this paralysis.
This movement is about awareness, in avocation of a fluid evolutionary progress, both personal, social, technological and spiritual. It recognizes that the human species is on a natural path for unification, derived from a communal acknowledgment of fundamental and near empirical understandings of how nature works and how we as humans fit into/are a part of this universal unfolding we call life. While this path does exist, it is unfortunately hindered and not recognized by the great majority of humans, who continue to perpetuate outdated and hence degenerative modes of conduct and association. It is this intellectual irrelevancy which the Zeitgeist Movement hopes to overcome through education and social action.
There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion.
BRIAN BAYLISS: Brian has been very busy with a Magnet Motor Generator System and has made some excellent progress in proof of concept. His system could be used as an integral part of a Solar Wind system or possibly as a stand alone unit in its final development. We look forward to a brief over view of this exciting new development.- Possibly more updates this month
CAMERON ASHTON: Cameron has completed his twin cell unit that is expected to produce around 15 litres per min. This cell will be a wonderful asset for future research with a variety of fuel systems. Full update.
The new cell will be on show and Cameron will update us on his developments.
We have a fantastic night in store and a truly unique group of interesting people. Please invite your friends to make it even more special.

Welcome to the June News Letter and agenda
Guest Speaker: Retired Professor – Ian Bates.
Ian Bates is Technical Manager for Technique Solar Limited Australia, who are in the process
of commercializing a breakthrough solar system which was developed at RMIT University
Australia. Ian joined Technique Solar in September 2009.
Since 2002, Ian was Professor of Microtechnology and Director of the AECM Microtechnology
Systems Centre at RMIT University, which carried out commercial MEMS (Micro – Electro –
Mechanical – Systems) research funded by industry.
Ian had joined RMIT in 1989 and became Professor of Electrical Engineering and Associate
Dean (Research and Development). He provided leadership in the development of R&D
Programs in the Faculty of Engineering for the newly proclaimed RMIT University and, also
led the establishment of industry aligned engineering commercial R&D projects and offshore
collaboration, particularly in S E Asia.
Prior to 1989, Ian had been employed by the State Electricity Commission Victoria (SECV)
since his graduation. In his SECV career, Ian progressed to the position of General Manager
Transmission, with responsibilities for the planning, design, construction and the control and operation of the statewide power transmission network and hydro electric power stations.
Ian will speak on the research leading to development of the Technique Solar Module (TSM)
and on the progress to its commercialization. The TSM has achieved a solar energy conversion efficiency in excess of 50% and is capable of supplying solar electrical and heat energy to households, commerce and industry, at a price competitive with power grid delivered energy.
There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion.
PETER CAMPBELL: ‘ THIS IS IT’ GOODBYE…Well maybe… he is not quite sure but just incase it would be good to give Peter a suitable send off with our heart felt gratitrude for his excellent input to our meetings. We will miss him but with the Net it is a very small world so he will be on line for all those who would like to communicate with him and of course we have the Forum facitily on our own CTS site.
Peter will have a few things to report on the energy front which we look forward to with great interest.
BRIAN BAYLISS: Brian has been very busy with a Magnet Motor Generator System and has made some excellent progress in proof of concept. His system could be used as an integral part of a Solar Wind system or possibly as a stand alone unit in its final development. We look forward to a brief over view of this exciting new development.
CAMERON ASHTON: Cameron has produced the mother of all cells which is exciting news. This is BIG and we look forward to the testing of this cell. Cameron has been prolific in his cell developments and as great inspiration to us all. It is a long journey to get to a system that will be commercially viable and indeed not as easy as many of us would like to thing.
The new cell will be on show and Cameron will update us on his developments.
We have afantastic night in store and a truly unique group of interesting people. Please invite your friends to make it even more special.

______________________AGENDA______________________
Welcome to the May News Letter and agenda
Guest Speaker: Mr Tom Watson For many years Toms profession was as a draughtsman but somewhere in the 90’s he developed an interest in gravity effects, Magnetism and for many years has been involved in the prototype development of a very special Magnet Motor design. In more recent times he has taken on the Climate Change clergy with a different point of view that he claims explains the changes as not man made. Controversial ? Yes! but a view worth considering. Some of the main points of discussion are as follows:
1 - The Humans are not responsible for this Climate Change.
2 - Climate Change is a natural event that has been recycling since time began.
3 - Why has Tom decided to speak out? Because he has found a new approach to the understanding of Magnetism.
4 - Has this changed his life? He says “Yes, because this has to be brought out
into the open and made public so that it can be seen to be true“.5- Has the final analysis been applied to mechanical engineered appliances? Yes it has. Tom will give a general review on the board on this question.
6- What does the future hold in what Tom claims is a fundamental breakthrough? It will be up to you whether you apply these new principles or revert to the inferior practice that will again generate rocketry power to lift off from the Earth.
Questions are welcome and we hope to have plenty of time for robust discussion.
There will be other news and views items.
PETER CAMPBELL: We are sorry to be losing Peter Campbell to the Land way south, Tassie, and it appears June may be his last meeting. We will be sure to give him a suitable send off so please be here for that one. Peter will fill us in on his latest findings this Tuesday as well.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
JUNE MEETING – We have invited Professor Ian Bates, retired from the RMIT. ______________________AGENDA______________________
Welcome to the March News Letter and agenda.
SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER:
Matthew Jones from ‘CLEAR SOLAR‘Matthew and his company are totally dedicated to getting as many solar panels on as many roofs as possible. His company has a reputation for excellence and is very much community orientated. His presentation will include:
- Introduction to the regulatory framework and current market environment – where we are today and how we got here (this has implications for available technologies and their prices);
- Introduce the technologies; · Discuss incentives to invest in solar power (such as the Solar Credits legislation and premium feed in tariff)
- Discuss how to calculate the right system for a household (in terms of individual household consumption, kWh used and matching this to system specifications and output); · Some case studies of existing customers.
- The bulk purchase pricing structure we have in place for Association members and friends. Installation of cluster properties is far cheaper so it is important to invite your neighbours if they are interested in getting the best deal on installation costs. Costs can be very economical indeed so please take advantage of this opportunity.
- Open question time to explore the whole solar and associated technologies that Clear Systems deal in such as the amazing COOLARADO AIR CONDITIONERS’ that are more than twice the efficiency of the SPLIT CYCLE systems. These systems are on the cutting edge and well worth knowing about.
PETER K CAMPBELL - will present his latest findings on a range of topics.
CAMERON – Had been researching the effects or ORMUS and some interesting new building materials.
LORD MONCKTON: If time permits we can present a sample of Lord Monckton’s address which is well worthwhile listening to. He packed out all venues during his Australian tour and as far as he is concerned Man Made alteration to the Climate is no more an argument. His presentation is very compelling.
ALL are welcome to report on latest experiments. Please bring your hardware for display if you wish.

______________________AGENDA______________________
Welcome to the February News Letter and agenda.
IAN HACON - We are being told that our energy bills are set to go through the roof so it might be good to look into some options. One such option is the Solar Deal. I have been doing some research into this and have found some interesting possibilities that you may find very interesting and even surprising. I will give you a brief run down and in March we will have a guest speaker who installs Solar systems. This company is highly recommended and totally committed to getting panels on roofs. I have found a huge variation in costings but I think you will be more than pleased at what will be on offer and how you can actually save the planet cost effectively with the possibility to make some money and pay off the capital in a reasonable time. Please invite your neighbors and friends for this one.
- I have done a few mods to the original GEET set up and pleased with the results so far and will report on progress thus far.
- GREEN DIESEL INVESTORS – Quite a few of us have invested with Green Diesel and special thanks to one of our share holder members who attended the recent AGM where he procured the annual report which I am sure investors will be more than interested in to view at the next meeting on Monday. As you are aware some of us will not become official share holders until the company goes public but it would be nice if we were kept in the loop so perhaps we need to do something about that. If you have concerns you can call Ron directly or we can act collectively.
- SAD NEWS – It is with deep sadness that we have lost one of our members and we will share his story this meeting.
PETER CAMPBELL - will present his latest findings on a range of topics.
CAMERON – Had been researching the effects or ORMUS and some interesting new building materials.
GEET – will be on show.

February and November meetings will be on the first Wednesday of the month
All other meetings will be on the first Tuesday of the month as usual
2010 Meetings: Corner of High Street Road and Alvie Road
Mt Waverly, VictoriaWe have been advised that a group who is financed by the council is more worthy of the current venue than us, so we are moving back to Alvie hall. This may be a good thing while our numbers are down and it has great privacy. Please pass the news along to all who may be interested in attending next year.

__________________________AGENDA______________________________
Welcome to the December News Letter and agenda.
Climate change in Australia is hot topic as we see a great division in the liberal party over the ETS which Terry McCrann of the Herald Sun described as ‘THE DEVIL’ and definitely not in the National Interest. A 5% cut of 1.5% won’t solve any of the problems on a global scale. We have to address over consumption, over population, over demand on our limited resources and revisit the corporate resistance to use of clean and sustainable technologies that have been suppressed for over 100 years such as Tesla Radiant Energy and its many manifestations since Tesla, the literally thousands of high mileage fuel systems that have achieved over 100 mpg as far back as the 1930’s and so on….I am happy to report that much work is being done at the grass roots level with the HHO fuel systems in establishing a theoretical understanding of the technology we are endeavouring to develop as an Association, particularly in the last month.
As far as Australia is concerned we could convert all our public transport busses to LNG immediately and at least clean up the stinking diesels. We could review the vehicle registration system and put in place great incentives for electric commuter vehicles to reduce the lumbering CV’s and petrol polluting vehicles that clutter the roadways every day going to the city.
One of the major problems it that all the infrastructure such as power stations have been sold off and they think that by playing with the market, the wonderful corporations will fix the problems they caused in the first place. In the good old days when the infrastructure was ‘public’, the government planned 40 years ahead of public demand. That is why the Thompson dam was built before we needed it. A couple of years ago Melbourne was 6 months from running out of water, a very close call with disaster indeed. We now have ‘out of control urban growth’ and I am told that the power grid carrying many time the rated power. The figure I was told by an electrician was 600% several years ago. The government no longer takes responsibility for anything any more. If it were in control it could introduce clean technology NOW.
The issues are very complex because really it is our way of life that is the problem and a tax slug wont fix the problem. As an Association we are a group from the community and I hope that we as a group can discuss these issues and come to a consensus as to what we think should be done and at least put out some ideas. Peter Campbell has produced a paper that we should all read and perhaps we should discuss the ideas in it and see if we can come up something that we can send to all the pollies that are so devoid of good ideas. I do not think we can deny the urgent need to clean up our act, be it Climate change or no climate change. There is no doubt we ARE STUFFING the planet with all the pollution that no one is talking about let alone consuming and wasting so many resources, so let us look forward 100, 500 and even 1000 years. What can we do now to ensure life on the planet will continue? Certainly as a group I think we all agree that the availability of clean technology would be a good start and thus our focus on the Water Fuel, HHO and GEET fuel systems etc . We welcome your views. The Forum is there is you wish to express them. I have suggested to Peter that we should have a discussion/debate at the meeting on these issues if anyone would care to express a view. If we can come up with a view we can then contribute something worthwhile to the public debate.
PROFESSOR PLIMMER - Controversial author of HEAVEN AND EARTH – is very convincing in his arguments and we will present a half hour lecture that he did at Parliament House in recent times.
PETER CAMPBELL - will present his latest findings on a range of topics. Peter is an avid researcher and has made a huge contribution which may turn out to be cutting edge discoveries in understanding the HHO phenomena. 1hr
CAMERON – Has been doing some great research on electrical charge in relation to HHO and will report on his latest findings.
GEET – has been built and the unit will be on show. The bubbler system is still in the making but will be ready for testing in the next week.
ALL are welcome to report on latest experiments. Please bring your hardware for display if you wish.
We now have a good range of test equipment at our disposal for members to use for their research projects. We welcome you so please come and join us.

MEETING AGENDA FOR TUESDAY NOVEMBER 3rd
Posted on October 23rd, 2009 No comments______________________________________________________________________________________
The meetings are held at: MOUNT WAVERLEY COMMUNITY CENTRE
First Tuesday Monthly (Nearest the main road on the East end – the craft room)
Association for Climate Technology SolutionsNew members please register your details on the CTS site to ensure that you receive the news and updates.
The Web Site is for all to use and share your insights and especially to write up experiments and out- comes. We understand that you may not want to share an experiment unless it is 100% successful but we are a research group looking for answers and it just maybe that someone, somewhere on the Globe, may have some helpful input. Unless we develop a culture of sharing we can expect little to come back to us. Many in our group have done some great work and shared a lot at the meetings but little has been recorded or shared on this site or Forum. Anyone, anywhere, is welcome to share their views and insights. Hopefully we can all do our bit for a better cleaner World.

__________________________AGENDA______________________________
Welcome to the November News Letter and agenda.
SPECIAL DVD SHOWING - Moray B King will share his insights on his understanding of HHO gas. How to make the real high energy stuff that we have all been seeking. This DVD is extremely important for Joe Cell and HOH experimenters. – Charged Water Clusters and how pulsed DC is used to optimize Gas production – Transmutation – Cool flame to touch but Sublimates Tungston rod into gas at 5555 deg C – The importance of Plate conditioning and the white powder residue – The gap parameters of the plates – The Energy gain is not from the Hydrogen – A car needs 500 Ltr per min to run on Hydrogen to be the same BTU as petrol- The Energetic Vacuum is the Energy Source – Self Organization ZPE Hyperspace Flux – Chris Eckman “Gaseous Water with Excess Electrons” and other anomalies – and much more vital information….
-
After viewing the GEET presentation last month a great deal of inspiration has occurred and we will report on some progress that has been made.
The JOHN BENNETT STORY- We have enjoyed several lectures by Darryl O’Bryan on the Water By Pass Systems and here we present Ockham’s Razor where his story was reviewed. Excellent background information and a slap in the face for a government who is pretending to do something but is holding this technology back. Especially as far as running Buses on natural gas is concerned.
THE 100 MPG FUEL SYSTEM YOU CAN BUILD FOR $50 BUT WILL PROBABLY BE TO CHICKEN TO BUILD – short DVD 5 min
Rodin Coil powering a magentic wheel: Cameron has continued to explore the virtues of the Rodin Coil and has built a simple electric motor which convert the magnetic force into rotational force. It is a crude and basic example of the coils magnetic characteristics, which may switch on the light for others who have been looking into the specifics of the special coil setup.
We have another review on engine technology that is also worth listening to if we have time.
SPECIAL VIEWING on the big conspiracy and cover up of anti-gravity technology going back to the nazi’s. Intriguing indeed. 15 minutes

__________________________AGENDA______________________________
Welcome to the October News Letter and agenda.
Peter Campbell – Chief Technical adviser – Peter will update on all his latest
PLASMA HIGH MILEAGE FUEL SYSTEM IS HERE?SPECIAL DVD SHOWING – Paul Pantone has been released from Jail and gave a very good address at the Extra-ordinary Science Conference in the USA recently. Much research has been carried out in Europe and you can down load GEET_fuel_procesor_here (147 PAGES) from the Panacea University. We believe there is now enough detail in the information to give it a serious go. We can see a common thread in all of these kinds of technologies, such as the Joe Cell, The Rodin Coil and other Cells that have actually run a vehicle. It is important to see this video and the other lecture by Moray B King which we propose to show for the November Meeting.
I am told by Paul Pantone’s Australian agent that GEET Schools will be held here in Australia next year. We will keep you posted on any future developments but the progress in the GEET Technology does seem to have developed to an exciting level.
We do have some funds in the kitty allocated for the construction of the GEET.
THE GADGET – MAN GROOVE – We had Gary Clancy introduce us to the Gadget-man Groove where by a considerable improvement to power and economy can be achieved by altering the air flow in the throttle body of the carbie, or injection system. I have done two mods and with good success. If anyone wnats to try it out please bring your throttle body and I am happy to do a mod for you so that we can compile some conclusive results. I will report on this at the meeting
Cameron Ashton – Will update us on the progress of the ‘Community Cell‘ which we can call the ‘WHOOPER CELL’. In the light of the lecture by Moray B King it seems the direction we need to go in, is to develop serious pulse circuits. Open for discussion and ideas.
Cameron has been busy building a Rodin coil and is able to confirm some claims.
We now have a good range of test equipment at our disposal and need more folk prepared to take the initiative and get involved in projects. We welcome you so please come and join us.
