Welcome to the May News letter 2012.

As stated last year we will not have the regular meetings on the first Tuesday anymore, but we will be organizing meetings throughout the year as often as we can and very happy to announce this meeting for May 9.

We are privileged to welcome Stephen Shanahan to our speakers forum at CTS. When Stephen was a young student studying at the Southern School of Natural Medicine in 1974 (where) he was introduced to the teachings of Wilhelm Reich. This indeed is quite remarkable in itself and led him to the very first Confest organised by Jim Cairns (deputy Prime Minister to Gough Whitlam ) and Junie Morosi. How we long for such visionaries today, and it was in the Confest swimming dam, that Stephen met Eva Reich.
This fortuitous meeting set Stephen on his life long journey of research into the Reich Sciences. It was here that Eva decided to stay in Australia for a year and teach Stephen her fathers’ work. Eva gave Stephen a complete set of her fathers’ books and papers. Many years later Eva even offered (to send her father’s entire) her own library to Stephen. A truly remarkable journey of discovery that Stephen will share with us and will open our eyes to all kinds of new possibilities….
* Stephen became involved in weather experiments in WA with stunning results.
* Will discuss an unexpected discovery in a panel van.
With his persuasive powers Stephen was able to carry out research at the Melbourne Uni using all the very expensive equipment to study Bions and he was able to create complex cell type structures. His results were so challenging to the status quo they almost pushed him out the door.
His biological studies were published in Germany
* Discovery of negative accumulators
* Photography of temperatures differences between positive and negative accumulators without apparent work being done.
* An experiment at Melbourne Uni to change a specific laser frequency – Research with Proff Korotkov who is famous for his Life Force Kirlian Photography using
the finger tips as a method of health diagnosis. Changes in health can be observed with this process after treatments.
* Construction of a mobile multi layered Faraday cage (Reichian accumulator) – Known as the Tardis, this unit is the size of a caravan and is used for extensive experimentation (performs most amazing effects.)
* Research in to vacuum tubes and life energy
* Studies in electrostatics
* Design and construction of the plasmatic centrifuge / generator
* Experiments using radioactive isotopes and magnets in the centrifuge – Just this one point alone almost supersedes all previous points as it is such a fundamental breakthrough. This technology can actually reduce the radioactivity counts of radioactive material which has never been achieved by conventional science. Recent experiments validate this breakthrough and is indeed the area that excites Stephen in his current research.

EARTH IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLIMATE CHANGE – TOM WATSON

Letter to the Editor

Earth is responsible for this climate change because of its current orbital position within the Sun’s Positive (Magnetic) Heliosphere.

The Federal Governments Carbon Tax is a Fraud, because Carbon Dioxide is a HEAVY Gas and cannot possibly be responsible for the claims made by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), who stated that humans are responsible to change Earth’s climate.

There is absolutely no positive connection between what the IPCC group claiming this, other than to raise money to provide employment for the free energy Greens group.

Wake up Australia to this fraud frenzy that has gripped our community into being told that mankind is responsible for this Climate Change.

Yes! Our Climate has changed, but it changed because of the fact that our Earth’s orbit entered the active sector of the Sun’s Positive (Magnetic)Heliosphere on the 15 February 2001 and it was this natural process known as the Swarbe Cycle (11.1 Averaged years) that made this happen.

We’ll enter the Negative (Magnetic) Sector of the Sun’s Heliosphere on or near the 22 December 2012, and when this happens; our climate will change, yet, again to another cycle of seasonal change, and we will have to accept this, as gospel.

Already Governments of the world have invested over $8,500,000,000 to promote this Carbon belief and they will all fail, because of the now proven and accepted fact that our Earth has had these cycles before, and the last cycle was 120,000 years ago.

Since records have been made by mankind, Earth has had four of these cycles that can simply be proven by looking at the ‘Vostock Ice Core Records’ that go back to over 450,000 years. If you still think that I am wrong, go there and you will see that the Earth’s temperature falls in front of the still rising Carbon Dioxide, by as much as 180 to 800 years.

Finally, the Oceans will not rise by Meters in the year 2100, only Millimetres and the City of Greater Geelong councils will be surprised to witness then, that, Corio Bay may have risen by 47.5mm.

Nolan’s Transport
For those of you who do not know, the Gatton District is located some 100k west of Brisbane, Nolan’s Transport is one of the biggest employers in the area, and only last year was given the “Business of the Year” award.
Now read on!
Julia Gillard’s Labor Party and the Greens are going to take us all down with this Carbon Tax. We, as Australians, should protest and protest until we cannot protest any more! This is a real scenario, brought on by Gillard.
Nolan’s Transport, which operates out of Gatton, has been earmarked as one of Gillard’s 500. This Company has been going for 102 years, is still run by the family, operates 126 transports and employs 265 people. Gillard has targeted this Company as one of her 500 ‘guests’ to pay carbon tax. Just imagine. Last year, this Company was told it put out 144,700 tonnes of carbon gas. So, 144,700 tonnes x $23 = $3,328,100.00. Yes, that is correct – 3.3 million dollars!!!
Where is Australia headed if companies like this one, (and there are several much bigger than Nolan’s – LinFox comes to mind) are put out of business? Our Prime Minister said there would be no extra charges on transport or fuel. What do you call 3.3 million dollars on just one operator?
Any transport Company producing less than 25,000 tonnes of carbon tax pays nothing. If Nolan’s goes broke or shuts down operations and another 126 replacement transports are put on the road by smaller Companies under the 25,000 tonne limit to take up the slack, then exactly the same amount of carbon gas will be produced, illustrating the futility of the whole exercise.

Mr. Nolan said in an interview that if he put what the Company was worth into a bank account, he would make ten times as much in interest as he makes now, throwing 265 people out of work. We must, as citizens on Australia and tax payers – not to mention consumers of goods – somehow force Gillard and her Green and “Independent“ cronies to an election on the issue of Carbon Tax before July this year to keep this Nation going. If we don’t, this country will be ruined!
This is just one scenario. What about the other 499 companies that will also be hit by this ridiculous tax?
Additionally, we must not forget the other smaller companies which will fail because they depend on these larger companies which are doomed to either fold or cut back on their work-force.
COME ON AUSTRALIA, THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. BRING THIS GOVERNMENT TO THE POLLS, TO SAVE OUR COUNTRY FROM GOING INTO POVERTY!

IF THE TAX IS IMPLIMENTED IT WILL TAKE MANY YEARS TO RECOVER. DO YOUR PATRIOTIC DUTY FOR YOUR FELLOW AUSTRALIANS – THINGS ARE BAD ENOUGH NOW!

According to Freddy, his tube cell designs makes a plasma gas that he called HHOi. This plasma gas is 100X more powerful than regular HHO gas. And at high pressure (120psi) and high temperature (160F) creates cubic feet per min. of gas, verses liters per min. of gas For example, the V7 cell design creates enough plasma gas to fuel a 500kW turbine generator.

HHOi plasma gas consists of atomic Hydrogen, molecular hydrogen, deuterium, lithium-6, tritium, atomic oxygen, molecular oxygen and a combination of the these and other gases also clustered into Rydberg Clusters.

Freddy calls the cell event “threshold” which he believes to be a fusion process occurring, when the tube cells will generate the HHOi plasma gas with little to no electrical input. See the Orange Bucket video:

At cell startup, the cell is fed 250A for 30 sec. to reach 120psi and 120F. At this point threshold/fusion is achieved and the amps are then dropped down to 30A where the high pressure and temperature plasma gas output feeds the ICE or turbine engine.

Regular car internal combustion engines (ICE) are made for liquid fuels not HHO gas, as there are problems with the ignition timing, long piston down strokes, oil lubrication system etc. Freddy’s plasma gas works best for gas turbine engines.

Conditioning the tubes:
Threshold/nuclear fusion is achieved when the 316L S/S pipes are conditioned by following method.

- 250A DC arc, 60hz, “big iron” welders; 8hrs of pumping 250A DC to the tubes immersed in a 5 gal “orange bucket” with his special electrolytes

- Electrolytes; tap water, KOH, lithium carbonate and calcium hydroxide (Lithium hydroxide is produced). Tap water also has natural elements inside that is needed in the fusion process. NAPA lithium grease has fatty oils that blocks the electrolysis process to create LiOH, were as lithium carbonate with lime easily produces LiOH.
Li2CO3 + Ca(OH)2 → 2 LiOH + CaCO3

This conditioning process “opens the pores” of the 316L S/S metal tubes to absorb the lithium and other elements, that according to Freddy, to then be able to generate lithium-6 & tritium fusion inside the tube walls. See the CW video:

All of the above would have been written by Square1 when they were to have written up the ebook for the V6 cell and also make a PWM for Freddy’s V7 cell last year, both which did not occur.

The problem with the Square1 PWM controller was it kept frying out when trying to power the V7 cell. It was later determined that the V7 cell acted like a giant water capacitor, storing the 250A energy, and then feeding that energy back through the PWM controller, thus frying them out in the process.

[On a side note, Freddy's team of 3 to 4 people were really only doing R&D, while other outside companies were to manufacture and sell the production cells in the marketplace. Last year oil prices were cheap so there was little demand for companies to build these 75-80% HHOi boosters for car/trucks.

As mentioned earlier, HHO gas is not really meant for ICE as it strips the oil off the piston cylinder walls, so 15-20% gasoline is mixed in with the HHO gas to lubricate the engine. Another problem with ICE is converting the hundreds of different car manufacturers computer ECU/MAP/sensors to retard the ignition timing to past TDC, cold starting, idling, loading, etc...

Australia's Haltech Engine Management Systems company was to write a program that could be used for several popular cars ignition timing adjustment/ECU/Maps, but that deal fell through when another project came up and they did not have the time to do the work. It was always outside companies that were to do the mass production work while Freddy and his team did the R&D. Well last year none of that happened. Maybe when oil prices goes back up to $150-200/bbl that outside companies will be interested in HHO gas devices.]

The 400Amp Alltrax AXE2444 controller solved the BEMF/water capacitor problem by automatically adjusting the frequency and energy levels of the V7 cell when the cell needed the energy. The open sourced small tubes V6 design was never really meant for generating efficiently large quantities of plasma gas, as the tube frequencies were later found to worked best in 12″, 1 foot, length increments and above.

The tall 12″ to 14″ S/S tubes in the V7 cell was the min. length to efficiently create the fusion process occurring within the Freddy cell design. The best water to use during operation was seawater, as it had all of the above mentioned electrolytes and more, naturally occurring in the water, and with the fusion process occurring in the cell, fusion/transmutation of deuterium and tritium (DT) or any other element into plasma gases.

For electricity generation one can even get rid of the steam turbine and electrical generator by using hydrogen fuel directly to produce electricity, such as in a fuel cell.

Another method of creating electricity directly is from fusion reactions, as the energy released is mainly in the form of a high energy helium nuclei. Since the nuclei are electrically charged, they already form an electric current. All that is needed is to capture this electric energy into an electric circuit.

“This is much the same way that a transformer works, stepping electric power down from the high voltage of a transmission line to the low voltage used in homes and factories. Such an electrical transformation can be highly efficient, probably around 80-90%.” Stan Meyers also talked about this process in one of his many patents.

So the bottom line is the Freddy tube cell design creates a plasma gas through nuclear fusion inside the tubes using high amps/pressure/temperatures. Whatever we do with the plasma gas, either feeding it into an ICE or gas turbine or fuel cell, the future looks bright for clean renewable energy from water!

Re topic: Electromagnetics. The author shows that each element has a value of
gravity, and this value turns out to be a ratio between the number of
electrons to its nucleus. These values can be identified to weight of
matter, with a simple mathematical calculation and other graphical drawings
that has results that appear to be perfect, irrespective of the mode: ie
Imperial or Metric.

Brief History of Tom Watson.
His father Charles Scott Watson was a Linesman in the SA Electrical Company
in 1926, where he designed the Concrete ‘C’ channel light posts and from
this income, he built the first Mt Lofty Free stone home in Stirling,
adjacent to the Hospital at the top of Druids Avenue in Adelaide.

Tom is a retired Design Draftsman(83) and witnessed a UFO in Ballarat in 1981
and that event challenged Tom to find out, what we are doing wrong.
In 1986, Tom realized that there was a different understanding of what was believed in
Flemings continuous magnetic flow, was incorrect.

Using a Gauss meter probe, Tom found that the mid portion of a Permanent Magnet
had a Higher Gauss value that at the poles, so Tom then researched for a logical
answer to establish a fresh approach to his new understanding.

Realizing this, Tom researched Climate Change and the understanding that our Moon
oscillates between our poles, and not over them, Tom applied his new found
knowledge to the Earth as having a spiral orbital motion around our Sun and
realized that our Earth began this climate to change and it had nothing to
do with the IPCC claim that humans were responsible for this Climate Change
by emitting Carbon Dioxide. Tom then set about to show that his answers were
true to nature, hence the mathematical version that he can claim his ‘gw’
‘gravitywatson’ values.
