Mr Horvath was way ahead of his time. Maybe he had the wrong explanation for his phenomenon but he certainly had something. A research team is now in the process of REPLICATING his HYDROGEN IONIZING PROCESS.

Brian Bayliss has finally tested his Plasma unit and you can see the amazing results here. He told me of a far more spectacular burn but did not get it on camera but I am sure we will see more shortly.

The International Journal of Hydrogen Energy (a respected, peer-reviewed journal) published a paper by Dulger & Ozcelik in which they found that the production of hydrogen on-the-fly was able to increase fuel economy by 35-40% and reduce emissions by 40-50% in four carburetted vehicles.
