We are privileged to have John Bennett in person to present a very special evening as he shares some of his life’s journey in the world of COMBUSTION ENGINES. Some may say they are the scourge of the planet, but do they have to be?  The reality is the world’s economies run on them and they wont be disappearing anytime soon.

John has developed many ingenious ways to improve the combustion efficiency and can achieve huge gains in power  without detrimental effects to the environment. Currently he and partners are setting up pumping and power generator plants running on LPG and Natural gas.

In Sydney there is an exciting project where an old office block is going green and will have its own power station built by John and Co. It will be cleanest and greenest building in Australia setting a new bench mark which is real exciting news.

I intend to initiate a  CTS project to develop a suitable generator plant for the home next year to run on Natural gas and about 5kva. John has indicated that such a plant could generate power for around 4 c/kwh.  This indeed would be a great project for CTS.

We look forward to an on going relationship in learning some of the art of engine modification to make the planet greener and cleaner including our own backyards. Just this Saturday I was privileged to spend some time with John and viewed some of his work. His head spacer plates are designed to enhance swirl and he will be bringing some hard ware for viewing at the meeting as well as his famous water pump designs.
